You can cancel your active ClickGUARD subscription at any time by:

reaching out to ClickGUARD support via in-app chat or
sending an email to support+cancel@clickguard.com from the email address used to sign up or
sending an email to support+cancel@clickguard.com from any email address and stating your name and customer number
calling +1-650-528-2500 and requesting cancellation by stating your name and customer number

What if ClickGUARD didn't cancel in time?

In case you reached out to ClickGUARD support requesting cancellation before your next billing period started but our team didn't react on time for any given reason and you were charged for the next billing period we will refund 100% of your payment and cover refund fees.
