When you sign up for a ClickGUARD you're assigned a unique customer number. ClickGUARD uses this number to identify you when you're contacting support and:

using an email address that is different than the ones you used when signing up
reaching out via chat when not logged in to the application
reaching out via phone

How do I find my customer number?

When logged in to your ClickGUARD account, click on your name in the top right corner and select "Customer Number" from the drop-down menu:

Do team members have different codes?

All team members share the customer number of the original (master) account.
