When you sign up for a ClickGUARD you're assigned a unique customer number. ClickGUARD uses this number to identify you when you're contacting support using an email address or phone number that is different than the ones you used when signing up.

How do I find my customer number?

When logged in to your ClickGUARD account, click on your name in the top right corner and select "Customer Number" from the drop-down menu.

What about team members?

All team members share the customer number of their master account.
